Executive Director - Judith M. Hansen, MS, BSN, RN

Hansen was appointed to the position of Executive Director in September, 2010. She has been a registered nurse in Wisconsin since 1972 and brings to the position the experience of a life-long career in community health nursing, and extensive skills in program development, partnerships and coalition-building. Most recently, she worked as the Education Practice Liaison for University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Nursing in the "Linking Education & Practice for Excellence in Public Health Nursing," (LEAP Project) a statewide collaborative grant bringing together members of academia and practice for enhanced competency in public health nurses, and best practices for community/public nursing education. Hansen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing and a Master of Science degree in management and organizational behavior. In March of 2010, she completed a certificate in leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of the Wisconsin Nurses Association, the Wisconsin Public Health Association and the Wisconsin Organization of Nurse Executives.
